The Seven Bowls of God's Wrath are God's Final Judgment against the enemies of God and of His people.  These Bowls of Wrath represent God's Vengeance against all those who have Murdered His people, and all those who have given their allegiance to the AntiChrist, and thus are fully aligned with Satan, himself.  What God does in Revelation 16 is God's Answer to the Martyrs of the 5th Seal in Revelation 6 ... how long until you avenge our murders?  The Blood of the Martyrs from Cain until that day: God's Wrath will be poured out in like kind against all God's enemies.  God is being fully Just, Right, and Holy in His Actions.
