God is organized. Living Cells are organized for LIFE. What He creates is always organized. Jesus Christ created the church, and it is to be organized, His way. Godly Church Leadership is the foundation of each local church family, the foundation of organization with each local church. In Antioch, we see God's Ideal, a Template (so to speak) of how a local church should be, especially, its leadership team. In most cases a healthy local church family is a reflection of the leadership team's healthy relationship with Jesus Christ, the Head of the church, and how their relationship is with each other.  Acts 13:1-2 allows us a peak into God's Ways for the local church.
